Sorabh Chauhan (Sw. Bavlo) grew up closer to the Himalayas in Shimla. He is a seeker in spirit and an artist at heart (and profession). “I aim to find myself through the characters I play in theatres and on television & films”, says Sw. Bavlo earnestly.
His meditation practice became well-established thanks to his sincere dedication and ongoing study in various ashrams and meditation centres across India, although his greatest inspiration comes from Osho’s teachings and meditations.
He has collaborated with children, youth and adults across a variety of therapeutic, recreational, and educational settings doing drama therapies and workshops.
He is happiest when working at the intersections of spiritual practice, social action, and creative expression. Sorabh leads varied meditation activities, theatre workshops for children at Healing Harmony, helping people find their inner harmony.
