Emotional Release Process
You may need to consider taking steps towards emotional healing if you, like many do, tend to bottle up difficult emotions OR are unable to cope with Grief, sadness, anxiety, depression, addiction, unhealthy obsessions, anger, fears. We often hide them in the basement of our minds and continue living under the pretense that they are gone. Bottled-up emotions grow bigger over time and start manifesting in our daily thoughts and behaviors. At some point, it feels too overwhelming to handle. Unlike physical healing, where rest or exercise can be sufficient, emotional healing requires us to do the inner work and connect with our subconscious mind.
"I don't know what I am feeling." "I can"t change what I feel", "My emotions hold me back", "I am over emotional" "I have no place for emotions in my life" We have said this many times in our life.
We can learn to unlock these emotions in Emotional Releasing Process. Emotions only lessen their grip when we process and release them through awareness, acknowledgement and integration. If we don't they might show up as a range of psychological or physical symptoms. The Mental Emotional Release process allows your mind and body to reprogram itself on a cellular level by releasing this negative "emotional baggage."
The process facilitates a release of painful, stressful emotions from the energy system. Thus, memories of past events remain without the emotional suffering. This sets us free from chronic patterns and allows the healthy energy within the system to flow fluently and harmoniously.
Duration: 45-60 minutes per session
Requirement : Pen, paper, a safe and comfortable private space.
Mode of session: Zoom.
Cost : 2500 INR per session
P.S. some sessions maybe in group to accentuate the healing process and sharing within a close knit group.
